To be honest, I've never seen that before. Is there any way that it could have maybe fallen off of something or injured itself in the enclosure?

If it doesn't seem to bother the scorp and she keeps eating, then I'd honestly just wait it out and see if it gets better or worse. Maybe someone with more scorpion experience will chime in, but that's all I've got.
