    Thumbs up Non-profit enclosures!

    Hello,

I am pleased to announce a wonderful new change to Ricky's Reptile Enclosures.

Within the next few weeks we will become a non-profit organization. Our main goal will be to offer affordable housing for Ball Pythons (pets, not breeders) to the general public.

It is not a secret that aquariums make poor housing options for Ball Pythons. They don't provide the humidity or heat retention required and also don't lock which enables these exotic snakes to escape! Some people have managed to use aquariums successfully, but those people are in the minority. Besides, we hope to offer the correct Ball Python enclosure for the same price as an aquarium OR LESS!

We plan to offer a 24" wide x 24" deep x 6" high enclosure for as little as possible. The enclosures will be sold at cost price! Also, at the time of checkout customers will have the option to donate to USARK, and other important charities related to reptiles and Ball Pythons.

The more units we can sell, the lower the prices will be for everyone, so this project will only be as successful as the people who help to make it a success.

We're currently looking for volunteers to help us spread the word about the cause (helping Ball Pythons). As of now all we need is your email address. Once we have finalized everything we'll send you an email with all the details, and if at that time you don't wish to help us - then that's fine

Please PM me your email address so I can have it added to the list.

The change from corporation to non-profit is in the process, we're just waiting on the government now

    Still working on that part!

the more we make at 1 time the lower the price can go. I'm hoping for the price to be less than 100.00, and the overall goal is to make them less than 50.00.

Remember, this replaces an aquarium, lid, and clips. Our enclosures will also last the entire life of a Ball Python, and will properly house a fully grown female!
