    It's expensive, but its cheaper than getting 4 individual herpstats or helixes. You get what you pay for, and the thermostat is, IMO, the most important thing you'll ever spend money on, even more so than the actual animals themselves.

    The thermostat literally controls the life of your snake.

    I get sick to my stomach whenever people come on the forums asking for a cheap thermostat. Cheap and thermostat are two words that shouldn't be used in same sentence, unless the sentence is: don't buy a cheap thermostat. They're just one area where you do not want to skimp on. I can't stress that enough.

    And spyder robotics also has top notch customer service. I've had mine for several years now, and one of the probes threw a code, and I contacted them about it. The code it threw meant I had a bad probe, they sent me a new one, free of charge, even though I've had it for several years. No questions asked. that's customer service right there!
