Good question! This particular female was attractive to me because she was a long term captive (raised in captivity since a baby.) Having been around and thriving with no issues for that long means that she can establish a new bloodline of Suri's in captivity. If I'm going to breed a locality specific animal, a WC is #1 a guarantee that there's nothing else mixed in there, and #2 is not carrying any existing (as far as I know) genes from other lines. While she's not as peaked out as some, I love her pinks and her tail as well as her disposition. These are all traits that I would like to produce in a breeding. If I can find a pink male with nice peaks and a killer tail, it will be a nice match. She's a cool snake as well and she wasn't any cheaper than a captive bred animal.
