We found out they are just a few minutes from our house...decided to try them out...
REALLY great experience. They were all very friendly and fun and everything was extremely clean. The facility was cool, we arrived during cleaning. We were nervous about if a large scale rodent factory would have a scent--but when we got inside, you wouldn't know you were staring at racks of rodents. No smell. Actually, they had just been in the middle of cleaning and had a huge truck out dumping used bedding out into a dumpster, so outside was the only place we smelled any rodent really. That was good, put my mind at rest. They had a lot of fun reptile posters and business cards. Our rodents were PERFECTLY packaged and each was a uniform size and weight. They were frozen the morning of and we picked them up that afternoon. Nice and fresh! They look super healthy too.I will DEFINITELY do business with them again! I am excited about good rodents and no shipping!
