    Is this a Norm??

    Just need some help with ID, I think its a norm but want a second opinion..

    my vote would be yes, but it is hard to tell from that picture alone. Did you buy as a normal?

    No one thinking YB from the picture? Well I will say it. And one from the picture (Not a good one showing much). It looks like it maybe a yellow belly to me. has nice bandings from the 4" I see. Stomach looks solid white tho, But could just be light from above..

    Better pics would be needed to say it's a yellowbelly, It looks more like a banded normal than a yb to me.

    ^^ For sure need better pictures. But im going with YB... Mainly to be different and it does lean more in that direction to me...

    I don't see the checkered side pattern that you see with YBs. I'm going to say normal until we have better pics to look at.

    Definitely not a yellowbelly. In addition to the checkered belly, there are two other traits to look for: Flames coming up the sides, and a spot on the head. This snake doesn't have either of these.

    It IS a gorgeous normal, though! I'd definitely put it to something in the spider family to get some reduced pattern spiders!

    I say it could be a yellowbelly but we can't know for sure without better pictures. If not it's a very nice unique normal
