New here and have a story that even I wouldn't believe if I had not experienced it first hand!

This event occurred about 15 years ago when my brother's BP escaped from his cage. We looked for 4 weeks around the house, but the efforts were useless. One day, we were on a fishing trip/cook out at my family's cabin which is about 40 miles away from our house in the city. As the day proceeds my friend and I decided to take one of the paddle boats out on the lake. As we are flipping the boat over so we can drag it from the land to the water, I notice a very large snake and slowly lower the boat back down. I was 7 years old at the time, but had experienced many native snakes and knew this had to be a poisonous one due to the foreign looking markings on its back.

As I got my older brother to go and inspect it with me, we flip the boat over and our jaws dropped. It was his BP HE HAD LOST A MONTH AGO! 40 MILES AWAY FROM ITS HOME! The only possible explanation we had was that it somehow got out of his cage, climbed into my brothers baseball bag then somehow climbed out of the truck and made a new home under the boat when my brother went fishing the weekend before. This completely blows my mind, even to this day. Hoped you guys liked the story and I'm sure most won't believe it, but if I'm lying I'm dying!

Oh and if anyone is wondering, Pete the BP lived a long and happy life even after his little expedition in the wilderness!
