Lets see them
I want to build a rack soon as I want to expand but I need tubs. Does anone know where I can get tubs online that have no grooves in the bottom? Also i would love to see some pictures of racks that everybody has built.

I am in the process of building two racks, i'm using a combination of Stellite tubs and Vision tubs. The sterilite tubs have the groove around the perimeter inside (which I like because the liquid waste stays on the edges). I chose the vision V-35 and v-18 because they are about an inch less tall, (I can fit more of them in the same height rack) smooth bottom (no interior grooves) , inexpensive, good quality plastic (designed for reptile enclosures), and they don't change the design so you will be able to replace them in the future. I haven't heard the greatest feedback about their racks but they do make good, affordable tubs with no grooves.

You use your vision tubs for Balls? I will be using mine for corns so if your balls fit perfect then im most positive it will be well sufficient enough for my corns.

My rack was influenced by AdamJeffery's thread. It holds 28qt and 41 qt tubs from sterlite. These shelving units (3ft by 2ft shelves) are 50 bucks at home depot. all you have to do is cut down the legs and glue some sort of board under the shelves. He used a wallboard as did I. I think FRP would work really well too. Something to think about. Besides tubs, flexwatt, and thermostat, it costed me under 75 bucks. its under 150 if you used 2 shelving units!

One thing you need to keep in mind when getting tubs is to make sure you are getting the EXACT model of tub you built your rack with. As you can see from this image, I have 2 sizes of tubs that vary in height that are both 28qt and both are made by sterlite. I believe the shorter ones are the older models and the taller are the new. I've got about a quarter inch gap for air flow between shelves and tubs, but if I could do it over, i'd make it about an eighth of an inch...
