First off, congrats on the new addiction! They are truly an amazing species. For your question, you could easily keep two females in your new enclosure. I wouldn't keep anymore than 3 females in there. I also wouldn't recommend keeping a male in with your females. Some large breeders keep one male to four females, but I wouldn't feel comfortable doing so. Too many complications for myself being so inexperienced at this time, such as over-breeding and calcium deficiency.
When they become big enough, watching them eat insects is incredibly enjoyable.
