    Making a Mess!!

Hey guys! So I keep wanting to do what everyone recommends about leaving the tub "dirty" for when I introduce Clyde to Bonnie. Yesterday things were okay... today I wake up and she's made a mess of her tub. The paper towels are soaked through! I am torn between wanting the place to be a good environment for a lock and wanting it clean so she isn't roaming around on wet substrate.

So what do I do? How dirty is too dirty? Do I just change out the paper towels but not scrub the tub to keep the smell or do I just go ahead and do a full scrub down? Additionally she is still eyeing me like food every time I get near her and she just ate on Friday.

No need for it to be dirty when you first introduce them, they'll make a plenty big mess once they're together. Don't know what to tell you about the wet paper towels though, that was one of the reasons I switched from paper to cypress. You could try putting a couple extra layers in there.
