I'm 5'10-11" and 230 pounds. Due to some recent medical complications I am putting myself on a diet and a complete lifestyle change. I'd like to get down to 170 pounds. I have also quit smoking cigarettes cold turkey and I quit drinking. I was a pack a day smoker and my drinking was getting to be more than social. So far my cravings have been minimal and I know I can do this. I owe it to my wife to get healthy and become a better person.
