I see nothing wrong with the picture, although it's placement outside the bp section would have been a bit more tactful.
A snake has to eat and sometimes ball pythons have to be the feeder. It's not different from using mice, rats, rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, pigs, etc for food.
As much as I love my snakes, even if someone were to feed the snake live or fk to the cobra it wouldn't be any different to me than feeding a live/ fk rat to any of my snakes.
