    Feeding "issues"

So i have a '11 pastel het pied female that is being such a pain! I got her knowing she had never eaten. Ive been really sucessfull getting babies to eat and be great eaters. however this little girl LOVES to kill her fuzzy right off the bat. I feed live and she will strike off the tongs or if i set the fuzz in the tub. She kills EVERY feeding without fail but NEVER eats. Its really frustrating. I have to either leave the prey in the tub in hopes that she will eat it before it goes bad or try to get her to restrike. IF i get her to restrike she HAS to get it right on the head or we do the whole process over again. If she gets the head on the strike she will eat. If not she wont eat. Im running out of ideas, Please help lol!

Leave it in overnight and check again the next day. A rat isn't going to decompose over night. Just make sure its dead if ur feeding live. Or put more stuff in there so she feels more hidden and secure
A room full of empty racks and thermostats that have been unplugged.

i wasnt sure exactly how long is too long to leave the rat in.. They are always dead with her. She kills almost immediatly.. At the start she would kill and couldnt find the head like a lot of babies and woould give up.. now she doesnt even try after the strike. Ill leave it in there tho.
