Quick Question...

I fed him on wed a very small rat..i just got home and my house smelled like dead rat...i checked all the tubs and nothing... i kept looking and in his water dish they was half poop and 1/4 of a dead rat the back half and tail...can they poop out like that ...or did he throw it up...

I would say he threw it up. I've never had a snake poop so quick after feeding. Not that is impossible, but being that it was half digested and smelled strong I would say puke. I've had a snake regurge once and smelled so much worse than poop, and you could smell it from down the hall. It was bad.

Sounds like partial digestion and regurge to me. I feed a lot and frequently and I've never seen a half passed rodent in a snakes stool.
