what do you use to clean your tubs?
Hey I've been using wipe out to clean my tubs but I'm almost out and don't feel like spending the $8 for a 10oz bottle. I was wondering what people have been using to clean their tubs. Like 1 part bleach to 10 parts water? maybe vinegar? idk. But let me know especially if its something easy that you find around the house thanks guys...

The smallest size makes fifty spray bottles of cleaner. Ridiculously cheap, and very effective. That site is run by Pro Exotics, btw.

I'm still using up the last of the Virosan I got from Pro Exotics about a year ago, once I'm out of that I'll be switching to F10

Has anyone considered a handheld steam cleaner?
Germs can build up immunities to disinfectants but nothing except prions can survive above-boiling temps, plus, you can reach into every single crack and crevice with steam and there's no chance of any harmful residues, ever.
It's pretty much the same [basic] principle as hospital sterilization autoclaves.
It would save on hauling tanks around to sinks for washing/rinsing, too.

I use a diluted vinegar solution with just a few drops of dawn dish liquid. Shake it up in a spray bottle, and voila!

I use a bleach solution. I always have some around the house so it's the most convenient for me.
