    What happened to her? Pics

So last night when I was holding my snake, I noticed this weird patch. at first I thought it was stuck shed, but then I realized it's different, plus her last shed was a few weeks ago and went really well(Mostly one piece and eye caps came off).

So anyway, here are a few pictures of one of the weird patches. There are a few others, pretty much all in the last 1/4 of her body and on the top, close to her spine.

What happened to her? Nothing's changed in the set up. Using a UTH on a thermostat with a heat lamp to keep up ambient temp. Stays around 86 warm, 78 cool. Humidity 50-60%

Any thoughts? The patch I'm worried about is in the direction her head is pointed, just above the yellow area.

She's about 1.5 years old, I got her last august and she didn't have these then. Should I do anything about this, or just hope it goes away next shed?

My BP, Reznor, got these when he got too big for his hide but insisted on using it anyway, lol. The hide has been replaced and the problem fixed. They go away in time, just some minor scale scratches. :3

Ari had a few small patches like that after a shed a little while ago. It was a good shed, but less than perfect--all came off, but not in entirely one piece. I think she just damaged a few scales a tiny bit while trying to get the old skin off. After her next shed she was back to normal. Is it possible that this happened during her last shed and you just didn't notice it until now?

Looks a lot like a scratch or a scrape to me. My friends ball had a few spots like that back in the Summer when he escaped from his tank and curled up inside a subwoofer. He latched on to something sharp inside and my friend had to cut it open to get him out. He only suffered a few scrapes. I didnt see the fresh wounds, but I suspect it would look a lot like your pics. After one or two months, they are already completely healed. Last time I saw the snake, the scrapes were barely noticeable, just some light white scarring, nothing too bad though.
