    feeding while in shed mode

    i noticed a few days ago that aggro's belly was starting to turn pink then the colors dulled on just his head and today hes full on dulled with blued eyes i bumped up the humidity to 75% yesterday im hoping its a one piece shed fingers crossed ill keep you guys posted with some pics afterwards also tomorrow is my scheduled feeding day should i attempt to feed or just wait it out till hes done thanks in advance im sure this has been asked a million times already

    I personally don't offer when in shed, since it usually goes to waste especially if they are in deep blue. It wouldn't hurt to offer if you wanted though, you just might end up wasting a f/t rat, or have a pet rat for another week

    It's up to you you can feed or wait.

    Most of mine eat while in shed over time you know those that systematically refuse while in shed and those who do not however the only way to find out is to try.

    i have been feeding 1 f/t mouse hopper every tuesday and saturday and aggro hasnt refused a meal yet so i think i might give it a shot and see if hell eat in a shed im also going to pick up a digital scale tomorrow to see if im offering too small of a prey item

    IMO hopper mice are really only needed for picky babies, I'd offer a f/t rat fuzzie and see if he takes it just for S&Gs

    i cant get ahold of rat fuzzies here locally i just moved into my own apartment and i dont know how the package receiving thing works yet the last thing i want to happen is having a box marked frozen rodents show up in the main office haha
