2 month old bp with Incomplete shed

Hey, so I left the house for 2 days and came back to my ball with cloudy eyes. I think by then it was too late to think a clean shed was coming because i dont think the humidity was high enough when i was gone. I upped the humidity and she started shedding but only the neck down came off. The head and neck still have skin on them. I tried soaking for about 30 mins in lukewarm water but its pretty stuck on. Its been a few days and she stopped trying to get the skin off. Any advice?

    thanks.

Sorry if this is a common topic, but i feel like everyone has a different solution. I was just wondering which one is the best.

    thanks!
