My hairless (double rex) girls always seemed to stay small. Partly just because they're lacking fur so they automatically seem smaller/skinnier (and their litter mate with fur is unusually fluffy, which doesn't help lol), and I've also noticed that they just seem to grow a bit more slowly. As long as he acts, eats, and poops normally I wouldn't worry though, and its great that he's such a friendly guy
