    I wouldn't like to swallow a rat whole once a week as my sole source of food. Treating your snake as if it were human is about as silly as treating a human as if it were a snake.

    As mentioned before, your snake will be fine for a few days. They can go extended periods of time without access to a water bowl and be fine.
