    Flex Watt question

    do i attach it to the shelf so the tubs sit on top of it directly or do i attach it to the back of the racks? i'll be housing some of my ball pythons in the homemade rack

    either is fine. If you dont want to connect that many wires than back is what you want, but if you want belly heat and dont care about wiring you want it on the rack where the tubs sit on top of it. I preffer belly heat

    is there a big diff in the temps and effect on the BP? i mean belly heat vs the back of the rack? w/c is the generally favoured?

    I wouldnt say there is a difference, but I do believe that ball pythons like belly heat more than back. Temperature: It will be the same as belly heat depending on what you put your thermostat set to. But you have to realize that when its back heat they will move all the way to the back of the tub and scrunch themselves up to get that heat.
