you can mix a pastel with pretty much anything that isnt recessive and it will turn out nice.
and now i have a question, if you breed a super pastel, with a pastel ghost, can you get a super pastel ghost? how likely is it?

Ghost is recessive so no. If you breed a super pastel 100% het ghost to a pastel ghost you could get a super pastel ghost. Breeding 2 pastel ghosts could also result in a super pastel ghost, or any combination of hets/visuals.
