I can kind of relate, I used to play EverQuest. I was in a guild that raid every weekend, we weren't the best but we were getting there. To me the game just got boring and I realized I was wasting my life playing it. I don't think I'll ever go back, but I do miss playing sometimes. Actually the name of my main was Kinra, so I guess I never quite got over quiting.
You'll find that there are better things to do than lose your soul to a MMORPG.
