    New rats from Repticon

I just got back from the first day fo the Baltimore Repticon with a couple new breeding stock additions to my rat project. I hadn't planned on buying anything, but I also didn't plan on finding Russian Blues at the show.

Ended up picking up male and female unrelated pair of Patched Russian Blues from Sushi Dragons. I was originally just going to get the male but decided later to also get the female to keep him company in quarantine.

Now I finally have a Blue male to go with my 5 Blue females. He is going to be a busy guy in a few weeks

Are the blues you have already Russian blues also?

Those two bred together will make 100% Russian blues* and 100% blazes** too, sweet pair

    *unless other recessives are involved

** assuming the blazes are recessive high white

Yes, the females blues I have are Russian, I wish they were American, but I can't find any in the area

Thank you, I'm very interested to bred them and see if there are any other recessives present or if they will throw all high white russian blues. Either way I'll be happy
