It is likely stuck shed. You might give thought to a humid hide or two.

I'd be willing to bet your humidity is way low too , tanks unless covered with plexiglass or something wont hold much humidity. Seems like your thermometers / hygrometers are mounted way up where the snake isnt going to be spending much time. The heat lamps dry the air ALOT. Without adressing those issues your going to have bad sheds all the time. I would cover back and both sides with some type of foam insulation (on the outside of the tank) to help hold heat. Cover the top with plexi or something there are alot of helpfull post about covering a glass tank in the DIY section if this forum.

In reality I would probably go buy a 12-15 quart sterelite bin to keep it in till it was a little older and more established. I have wrestled with the idea of putting a snake or two of my own in tanks so they could be seen more easily but in the long run its really just not in the best interest of the snake. And while they are young and not super well established its going to be risky and increase the difficulty in keeping it healthy for you.

Just a tupperware with a hole cut in it (smooth the hole, I just used a lighter along the edges). Add some sphagnum moss. Or you can hot glue some sphagnum moss inside the hides he already has. The dent in the eye is either dehydration or astuck eye cap, which sucks to get off. Do you use a UTH also? What watt is that red light bulb? Also, are those stickie analog thermometer/hygrometer the only way your reading temps?

Stuck shed (possibly eyecap) or dehydrated snake. Either way, your temps and humidity are likely off. Are you still using those stick-on dial thermometers and hygrometers that you probably got at the pet store? And if so, are they still stuck to the side glass toward the top of the tank?

If so, that's possibly part of the problem. The analog dials can be very inaccurate, and you should be measuring the temps on the floor of the enclosure where your snake is actually being exposed to the temps. Also, if you haven't already done something to help hold humidity in that tank, you should look into screen lid mods that can help increase humidity. You can use foil or plexiglass to cover 2/3 of the screen lid to help hold in any humidity that isn't being baked out of the air with the lamp...
