breeding females and feeding
when to stop feeding a female after they have locked a few times with a male or will she eat all the way up to birth or will she quit eating thank you

I did 3 days together 3 days apart and fed on the 2nd days apart. I offered her food the entire time. Sometimes she ate sometimes not. But it was a bit smaller meals than her usual as she got further along

As long as she eats feed her I only stop offering after they ovulate, most will stop eating at that time and if some do not I prefer not to add extra stress after ovulation.

Once female ovulate it take about 45 days in average for them to lay their eggs.

I feed my females up until they ovulate. Most females stop eating after ovulation.

what will she look like when she ovulates this is my first year sorry for all the noob ?'s i just want to make sure im doing everything right to keep the stress down on her thank yall for all the answers

I'm on my phone so I can't post pics but if u search for ovy or ovulation u will find pics. Her mid section will be obviously swollen but its hard to catch cuz it may last a few hours to two days

I bought the kevin mccurley book the "complete ball python". It will teach you everything you need to know. Its a great book... will cost you $60 but you get 10x that in knowledge. Theres alot to know to keep everything tip top. and to have healthy snakes threw the process.
