Hey everyone! It's been awhile since I've posted any update on Kallista, my little(getting bigger!) girl.

I swear, every meal she eats she gets bigger! She's fed 1 adult live mouse every 5-6 days. I try to do five, but sometimes I forgot on the day I'm supposed to feed her and have to wait for the next day.

As I type, Kallista is entwining herself in my fingers and making it difficult to type.XD
She's shed once since I got her August 13th and is just now getting cloudy all over! And I think her tummy's getting a little pinker.
I need to weigh her and I think my dad's got a digital gram scale... I just need to double check and see if I can use it. XD

So far she hasn't refused a meal. Taken every one. The last meal I gave her 2 days ago she killed the mouse, but it was a little big and it took her a moment to decided whether she should eat it and how to! She figured it out and eventually got it all down.
I might get a smaller one next time, but the last couple I fed her were TOO small and left her wanting more and acting hungry the next days before next feeding day. So I think that size was good.
Still I can't find any rats nearby, Live or FT(I'd prefer live to start her on, but FT is fine too, and I don't want to buy any online...) I need to check CL again.


But she's doing great other than that! Loves to be held, friendly, not really head shy either. She's never balled up since I got her and is growing and is fat and happy. XD Really fat.
I don't have any really recent pics of her, but I should get some and put them up at some point. :3 I've just been really busy.

I took out her hot hide so I could grab her out and the first thing I said when seeing her was: WOW you're big.

Okay so I JUST tried to measure how long she was... and I can only really get an estimate since she hates being 'stretched out' and measured and she seems to be ~22-24" already. :3

Dad's gonna go get the digital scale and I'll see how much she weighs! :3 **Sorry Kallista more 'torture'**
Well, she was too heavy for that little thing for measuring gold and stuff. XD
So we used another one and it said she was 6 oz or 170 grams! :3(Used an online converter...)

Good weight for her?
So that means she can eat 17/20 gram mice right? I haven't known her weight before. *goes to log it*
