I think my little bumblebee is going to be a litlle bumblepig!

A couple of weeks ago, I received my second bp in the mail (I know, I know, I need to post pics), and she was hatched...I believe August 8th...I'd have to check.

Anywho, last week she ate a fuzzy, and this week I gave her a hopper, and she was still hungry! So second feeding was two hoppers, and she still stared at me for awhile.

Other than that, I can tell she'll have a wobble, but it's alright, still a great little girl. It took her about three strikes to get the second hopper.

    Figured I'd share.

Man, do I know how you feel! Some of my babies are pigs. They've been eating two rat fuzzies a week. And they still look at me for more...

Definitely want to see a pic of your new bee.

Mine is the same way. I don't know what is is about my Female bumblebee but she is a 2010 and is already at 1200 grams. I feed her a small F/T rat every 7 days and it only seems to piss her off lol. I got her from a good friend that lives about 2 miles from me and her sister"bumblebee from the same clutch" is only 520grams. She is a much picky eater than mine. I guess I just know how to pick them .

Anything with Spider in it are great eaters! You can feed you babies every 5 days! They will be more satisfied and will grow fast!

I too have a "bumblepig". She eats a large rat pink, then in about 5 days is looking for food again. She also has a slight wobble, seems to only be at feeding time though, she sometimes doesn't get food until 2nd strike. Love the looks of a good bumblebee though.

I have 5 2011 hold backs and are eating rat fuzzies or pups every 3 days. They grow very fast, so want food all the time.
