your taking a gamble with a possible het - honestly speaking your taking a gamble with a marketed 100% het as people like to cheat and lie when selling.. There are people who have had success and than there are people who have been shafted by the experience. The Only hets I would play with are those that are A) made by myself, or B) Made by a reputable breeder that I have had personal interactions with.
