A different kind of pancake I make for breakfast and sometimes a snack:

1 banana
rolled oats
cinnamon

Mush up banana in a bowl, and add as much rolled oats as you have to, to make a pancake (i.e: for it to stay together without completely falling apart). Add cinnamon. Fry as usual. Enjoy!

(I also put peanut butter on top of mine when they're done frying, for some added protein)!

Works great with maple syrup too!
