Normal spiders are virtually worthless in value at this point for male babies. You can get proven males at the shows for 100 bucks. I think what ya will see soon are spiders and pastel males in the big box pet stores more frequentlly.

well i mean yeah.. .new morphs tend to drop a lot faster the more readily available they become but females that are breeding size tend to even out about $1200-$2500 range after its all said and done

I've already seen (extremely poor-quality) pastels in the local Pet Smart a few times (for the meager sum of only $250 ) ... I think it would be a great thing if morphs start to become more popular in the pet market ...

To the OP, a 500 gram 50/50 white female pied for $550 is the kind of thing I'd definitely drive four hours for if I could find the time to do it (though I'm also one of those folks who likes to go on miniature driving adventures to pick up animals) ... Then again I absolutely love pieds and would like to eventually build up a small stable of them in my collection.

I paid 600 for my 40% pied male and I paid 2k for my 06 female. If you can get her for that I would do the drive in a heart beat. Heck my wife who complains about my hobby would want me to do that drive if I could save that much money
    DC Reptiles.com coming soon....
