    Once I made these AWESOME vegan tacos. I'll dig up the recipe for you. I've also made vegan shepards pie for thanksgiving before and my carnivorous mother in law had second helpings!

    I used to be a hardcore vegetarian for 2 years, dabbled in veganism off and on, but with such a carnivorous family and my own weaknesses for medium steak and pigging out on cheesy things, it was too hard for me. My husband and I would like to go back to a vegetarian and eventually a vegan (high in raw foods) diet.

    If you like to bake, check out the book The Joy of Vegan Baking (http://www.joyofveganbaking.com/) ....awesome recipes. Made some muffins and cookies out of there a few times.
