    Question about spider eyes.

I'll get pics up of my new male spider after he sheds, he is in blue now. My question is about the color of the eyes. My guy has bright almost gold eyes. Is this normal with spiders or are there differences like different shades and patterns with normals?

That's normal, however there are still subtle differences such as eye color. My spider girl actually has a light grayish/gold color to her eyes

    Yep

My lighting is off and unfortunately I don't have him anymore to take new pictures, but you get the idea

And just for fun, the bee, they have pretty similar eyes, but of course there is a lot more green in their eyes.

    Re: Question about spider eyes.

I'm just waiting for him to shed then I'll get some close up shots of his eyes posted. So far his eyes look way more gold than anybody elses that has posted pics on this thread. Thanks ya'll. Keep them coming. By the way, he has a really nasty wobble so my spouse has decided to name him "short bus". LOL

    Re: Question about spider eyes.

OK, here he is. He just turned clear last night, probably 3-4 more days until shed.
