Added some Hognose to the collection!

Ok, so I decided to jump into hognoses with both feet. I was down at Tom Agosta's this weekend and got to see all of the amazing stuff he has. I left with four hognoses.

First up is a smokin anery male. I swear, the pic does not do him justice.

Next is an albino female. This one has some interesting genetics as it is a clutch mate of an insane looking paradox plus some other sibs with some paradoxical speckling. I plan on pairing her with my male anery to make double het snows.

This is where I really took my dive. I got a pair double het for ghost. They are also possibly het for albino. First up is the female.

    Next is the male.

Man thats some serious cash right there! Congrats! I would love to get into hognose's but havent have the funds (been focusing on boas). I think they are probably the best investment right now I think they will get big after the ball fad is over!

Thanks kevin! I wasn't really planning on getting an anery male (wanted a female), but he was way too nice to not get. And after I saw his snow in person, my snow project was born.

BigJ, I think you are right about hogs. I was at the white plains show last week and I saw more hogs that day than I did the entire year prior combined. Although, I don't think bps are a fad. If new morphs keep coming, the excitement will always be there. I think that's what is making hogs so much fun. The morphs are just sweet looking!

Thanks! Tom was going to keep the anery as a holdback if I didn't take him. But I couldn't resist adding those genetics to a future project. The double hets should produce some just as nice since they have the same father. Or at least that is what I hope, since I'd love to add a nice girl to the collection.

Awesome pickups. I'd love to add to my collection and get a start on a snow project, but that's not in the cards at the moment. *jealous*.
