I would never hunt down a breeder loan, I only do loans with local friends in the hobby and even then rarely.
If I had no local friends in the hobby I'd buy my own and breed them.

There are a couple of semi-local forums; KRE for one. You might find someone close to you there.

People usually don't "find them fast". They usually talk to people at local shows and online and in person a lot before they ever consider a breeding loan.
At least.... the smart ones do. Too many of the ones who just hook up with some random person to ship snakes to them for breeding end up on Fauna's BOI complaining about how their snakes were stolen/not returned or the clutch wasn't split properly or at all.
Even good friendships can be ruined by breeding loans gone wrong. And gone wrong can be something as simple as a clutch of eggs going bad, or a female not taking that season... a male being used on the wrong female... it doesn't have to start out as one person being bad/greedy/wrong.
If you end up doing any sort of a loan, get everything in writing, including a end date for return of snakes, what happens in the case of dead eggs or odd number of eggs, no morph in clutch, etc.

People don't go look around for breeding loans, usually people who know each others and decide to do a loan.
I would proceed with caution when doing a loan.
I would never do a loan with someone unless I knew the person VERY well and the person in question had the same standards than I have and take QT very seriously.
Everything need to be thought about and put in writing preferably.
First you need to decide who does the breeding generally the females go to the male (but in some instance it might work the other way around however in this case it's very hard to control how many female the male will breed unless you truly trust the person)
Second you need to decide how the split will be done, split might differ based on the value of the animal in question even if the split is 50/50 you still need to decide who gets first pick.
Third you need to make sure that possible problem are covered, health issue, cost of vet care if it occurs, replacement of the animal in case of death etc
Again not to take lightly it's a big responsibility if you are the one breeding and risky when you are the one loaning your animals.
