winter is coming?
so i need a way to keep it hot/warm in their enclosure.
its a plastic bin/tub so heat pads and lamps are a no-no but if all else fails i might buy a tank but then i have to worry about humidity.
and if thats too expensive to the snakes they go!
but i wanna put like an old winter glove in there and blankets and tarps ontop and its inside a shed so no snow

Keep temps above 55F and thats all you need. Offer water and food and they will continue to breed for you. Humidity isnt required.

Why are your mice getting cold? Are they kept outside?

My only thought is, if you have only 3 mice, there shouldn't be an issue with keeping them indoors.
But as far as keeping them outside, I would recommend a heating pad for hermit crabs. They don't get too hot, but will keep them warm through the whole winter. But keeping them outdoors in the cold, you will notice they will breed much less than you might like them to.

they smell, they arent pets i prefer they stay outside, but if it doesnt work out ill bring them inside for the winter, the last thing i want is a sick mouse or a dead one
