    Sides wont do anything for humidity. Humidity in tub is reflected by ambient RH in the room.

    Adding sides may help reduce air drafts over the probe/heat tape causing cool downs. If room is heated it 77+ no need for sides on the rack. All comes down to room temps, if cold adding sides may help bump temps 1-3F
