I have fed my snakes in shed. My good eaters don't care as long as they get there food regardless if they are in shed or not. Most of mine don't want to have anything to do with food... really anything for that matter. It has never caused me any problems. If I noticed they are in deep shed, I won't even bother. Sometimes I just don't notice, especially on my lighter morphs. They seem to have no complications if they happen to eat during a shed. I know it's not recommended, so I'd say just try not to... haha
