Visual pied x normal = all normals, 100% het. pieds
100% het. pied x 100% het. pied = each egg has a 25% chance of being visual piebald. the rest will be normals 66% POSSIBLY het. piebald
Het x to possible or % besides 100% = good luck on telling. You would pretty much have to keep the whole clutch if you didn't hit on a visual.
Basically it's all gamble, luck, and time.
