good luck with the search maybe try setting up an easy to access sandbox or something that it would be drawn to instinctively? not sure, i dont know much about sand boas, and have no experience with an escaped snake. sorry

That's not true at all but since she's small the areas she'll be able to climb to are limited. I had a KSB escape because he climbed up and pushed the (weighted) lid off a temporary tank. I spent hours just combing every part of the room and then when I was about to give up went into the kitchen to get a drink, happened to look down and there he was hiding under a grocery bag, staring up at me. Check every inch of the room that she was in and then move out of that room and look anywhere warm. When you've exhausted searching tcutting's idea might work with creating a mini sandbox maybe put some sort of heat source there so that it will be warm. What substrate do you use? Use that instead of sand so that it seems familiar to her. DO NOT USE A GLUE TRAP. You can put flour down so you can see a trail of where the snake has been.

I was using shredded aspen, but I still don't know how she got out.

the can push up lids without a problem
maybe you can try putting a heatsource like they said
or just be lucky and find her somewhere where you least expect it

Yeah, my mind was blown when mine escaped. They're incredibly good at finding ways out and like Trolle said really strong. Just keep looking. Make the "sandbox" but with the aspen instead of sand and add a heat source to it. I doubt food will help because you said you'd fed her a bunch. I think doing an intense search is going to be your best chance.

I'm sorry she got out. At least she's eaten recently. When my KSB, Serengeti, got out, he was gone for a few weeks. I loked everywhere I thought a KSB would be. Searched the entire condo many times. Then one day, my mom happened to be in the kitchen and turned around to see Geti several feet up on the counter about to get behind the oven. Luckily she grabbed him before he could and he's safe now. Goes to show that they CAN and will climb, even high, slick surfaces.

Try checking behind anything warm, like the oven, fridge, freezer, etc. Also, watch any other pets; they might find her before you do.

They were in 6 quart sterilite storage bins. They didn't have silicone, but the boas were long enough to reach the top.

My mom wouldn't pick up any snake longer than this one, just because she is only about 6 inches long and she is used to her now lol. One of our cats found my baby corn snake when it got out, but the cat was too scared to touch it.
