Mites or no mites?

Ok so my Bp apophis has been in the water bowl all day? Ive only seen it in the bowl twice. The day before yesterday and today. I guess I'm worried about mites. Can you see mites? I've been looking hard and I haven't seen any, none on my hands after I handle it, but I see two little specs in the bottom of the bowl but it just looks like dirt particles. Any help? O yea btw I'm FREAKING out!

Could be getting ready to shed. Could be too warm.

You can see mites...they look like the little dots at the end of this sentence.......
