If it was a regurge, it would gave come out much sooner after eating, like within a couple days, and it would smell AWFUL!

They do sometimes poop out a small amount of undigested fur.

It only takes a few days to fully digest. A regurge is quite obvious by the smell, texture, and wetness of it.
