I have a 75w on one end over his water bowl

This should be raising the humidity okay

..and a undertank heat pad that goes on at night under his hide

Needs to be regulated with a thermostat, it will get hot enough to burn your snake

... I just one a plain thermo and humidity thermo
that stick on the tank...the circle ones

Not accurate at all, digital is better, walmart about $12 for an accurite
