Cool My new DIY Snake Rack!!

Hey guys...Thought I would post a pic of my snake rack I put together! Everything that was purchased came out to about $150 Bucks!

I have a few adjustments to make still....1) The screws that you can see is holding it all together...made the shelf a little tight. 2) Im needing more vent holes in the tubs..the humidity has been about 83% today! But ive got it down to 68% right now!

Let me know what you guys think!

Yes its lidless...I bought a sheet of board (its similar to peg board and right next to it at Home depot) had it cut to fit the bottom of each shelf..

The tubs are 28qt. Sterlite...2 each fit on the shelf and a single 41qt tub fits also! That is what I have on the bottom shelf!

Let me know if you need any other info...I will glad to help you out!

What shelving system did you use and where did you buy it?? I've been searching different stores but I'm having trouble finding something with the dimensions that will fit the sterilite tubs.

Also, did you wire for back or belly heat?

It is the 24" Deep $50.00 5 shelf from Home Depot! (in the flooring department) And...I wired it for belly heat with 11" flewatt, I used 11" because all sides of the tubs are exposed!! Its been holding perfect heat and humidity

How did you attach the board to the bottom of the shelves? The board has holes in it?
