Is she dehydrated?
So I read somewhere that snakes don't drink water, that they mainly get their hydration from the environment and their meals.
My girl ate on Saturday (almost a week ago now) and I'm concerned she may be dehydrated. Her eyes are clear and normal, she isn't sluggish at all but every once in awhile I catch her drinking water (I think). Her skin isn't tight or anything but I thought that was because she's young...humidity has been a little hard to control because I'm using lamps but I think I've got it almost right..
What do you guys think?

Re: Is she dehydrated?
Snakes DO drink water. It's important to have fresh water readily available at all times...although during times of travel or emergencies, they can go a few days without it, without harm. So long as your snake has clean water available, you shouldn't have issues with dehydration.

Any extra tips on keeping humidity up?
Like I said I am using lamps so that's a pain but I have foil covering the screen that doesnt have the lamps (well most of it, gotta leave air holes!) and I put fresh warm water in every day and mist...
I'm thinking of using ecoturf as a substrate instead to see if that helps and buying a hygrometer for the other side of my tank (the side w/o the lamp on it because at night when that lamp is off the humidity is perfect).

Big water bowl at the hottest part of the tank! Eco earth is great at holding humidity, sometimes a little TOO great even!
