Yes, they are a little pricy but I've learned to get the right tool for the job. I think after I get the racks full of the lab tubs, I'm going to add a watering system.

If you don't want to spend this kind of money, then glass tanks will work well. I just found them a pain to clean and bulkier than needed. I also found these easier to work with and less bulky than cement tubs. I can clean out the entire rat setup in about 20 minutes. That to me, makes it worth the price.
