Hey Everyone!
just here to introduce myself, i'm new to the forums, and a new ball python owner myself. yesterday i picked up a month and a half old, and got the cage and accessories. First off, all i have to say is there a great pet, even though it hasnt been a full 24 hours. Mine so far has been full of energy smelling around and roaming all over its cage. I'll be sure to upload some pictures as soon as i get a chance.

thanks for the warm welcomes! at evening time when the heat light goes off the humidity is fine, but during the day, as of now the humidity keeps dropping fairly fast when the heat lamp on. have to work here in a few hours, and dont want it to drop to far while im gone.

Re: Hey Everyone!
We had the same humidity problem with the heat lamp I fixed it by taking a peice of plexi and drilling some holes in it and coverin the aquarium screen about 2/3 left room for the heat lamp and now Humidity stay at 60% pretty constant till we take the cover off
