66% het means there is only a 66% chance of it actually being het for pied or any other recessive gene. You have to prove them out to he het first!

THEN - you have a 100% proven het. Then you would see the odds already posted. .25 normal, .50 het (so 2/3rds of normal looking offspring will be het ... 2/3 = 66% ...hence your 66% het)
and .25 will actually show the recessive gene.
