Respiratory Problems? HELP ME PLEASE
So today I took my 691 gram normal female ball python out to feed her a small rat. When I took her out I noticed a high pitch squeaking sound every time she breathed and she also refused her meal. She rarely refuses her meal but when she does, i just try again later that day and she takes it with no problem. But please i need help, do you think she has respiratory problems? If she does i need help on how to treat her preferably without a vet. I do not have the finances to take her to a vet at the moment, how much is it anyway?Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

It could be shed in her nose that is whistling. Look for other RI symptoms and watch her behavior. Does it seem like she's about to go into shed?

That has good information on at home treatment but if it continues or gets worse you'll have to go to a vet. Your snake will need antibiotics. Vet costs range depending on the vet. Mine is ~70 for a visit and I can't remember how much it was for the baytril and fortaz when I had a snake with an RI. I want to say it was around $200.

If your snake really does have an RI then a vet is the only real option. She will need antibiotics in order to get better. People here can only give you advice, not tell you how to treat this at home.
