She looks like a hypo. Easy way to tell is how clean she is. No flecking like a normal RTB

No flecking on a hypo doesn't necessarily mean that a boa is or isn't a hypo. My little hypo girl is very peppered, yet she is a hypo (you can see pics of her on my collection page in my signature). Lots of hypos are usually clean, but then you have some like mine who are as peppered, if more so, than a normal BCI.

An easier way to tell is to look at her saddles: hypos will have "bow ties" - totally different than the )( markings like on a normal BCI or the {} ones on a BCC.
